South Dakota Humanities Council Scholar Molly Barari leads a writing workshop on how to pen your own life story and cherished memories.

The Heirlooms: Creative Life Story Writing Workshop will offer participants the opportunity to reflect on how they have changed and matured throughout their lives. By penning their life stories, participants can make meaning of their memories and the process of growing older. 

Participants will have a chance to connect with others in the workshop by sharing their stories. Please bring writing materials, as well as a willingness to explore life experiences and thoughts on aging. Feel free to bring a lunch as well!

This event is made possible in part by the South Dakota Humanities Council.
