9th Annual Peeps Diorama Contest

Using Peeps* and your imagination, create a scene inspired by one of your favorite books, characters, or adventure stories!

• We will have 3 winners in 3 different age categories:
  • Kids (ages 0-12)
  • Teens (ages 13-17)
  • Adults (ages 18 and older)
• The diorama should be the size of a shoe box.
• Submit your diorama to the Rapid City Public Library between Monday, April 1, and Sunday, April 21.
• Fill out the submission sheet on the back of the Peeps flyer (you can get one at the library). Include your name, the title of your diorama, and your phone number so that we can contact you if you win!
• Dioramas will be displayed on the landing of the stairs throughout April. Pictures of the dioramas will be posted to our Facebook page from April 23 - 28. Voting is open to the community at this time for the top three prizes, which will be determined by the pictures that get the most likes!
• 3 winners will be announced and contacted on Monday, April 29, and will win a $15 gift card to Mary's Mountain Cookies!

*We don’t want you to have to go to the grocery store just for Peeps, you can pick up a free pack with your books at the library starting March 30 or create some of your own out of paper, pom-poms, pipe-cleaners, or any other crafty material at home!

Please note that all Peeps Dioramas not picked up by Tuesday, April 30th will be disposed of.
