Create a fabric bird replica with BirdSafe Rapid City and contribute to a nationwide art installation raising awareness about bird-window collisions and urban ecology.

Hannah Partridge will lead this workshop. She is a founder of BirdSafe Rapid City, a project launched in 2026 to reduce bird collisions in the area through education, collaboration, and policy. Hannah has previously worked on bird collisions through her research in North Carolina and helping to install bird-friendly windows on buildings at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. She also works for the National Audubon Society, where she partners with chapters across the country to support bird conservation efforts.
