Hollie Strand of the Pennington County Sheriff?s Office explains how kids and teens are targeted online and how families can keep them safe.

Librarians will lead a craft for children in the Conference room while parents attend in the Hoyt room.

Hollie Strand is a Forensic Examiner with the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office and a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, with 27 years of experience in law enforcement, forensic interviewing, counseling, and digital investigations.
