Miss South Dakota Joelle Simpson leads a special story time for children where they'll listen to stories, play musical games, and try delicious treats!

Joelle started playing her harp at the Rapid City Public Library at age 13 and is excited to be back sharing her love of music and popular princesses. Cookies and punch will be served, and attending children will get to “name that song” played on Joelle’s harp, as well as take photos with Miss South Dakota. Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite royal characters – both girls and boys are welcome to join the fun!
